I really wanted to visit Slovenia after seeing photos of Lake Bled on Pinterest. I also decided to visit Ljubljana as it’s the capital of Slovenia and a great base for a day trip to Lake Bled. I first visited Zurich a few years ago and immediately fell in love with this city so I decided to go back on my backpacking trip around Europe.
