  • How to avoid travel sickness

    June 10, 2018 / 1 Comment

When you’re about to go on your dream holiday the last thing you want is to suffer from travel sickness. Travel sickness, also known as motion sickness, is a general term that relates to seasickness, carsickness and airsickness depending on the mode of travel. It makes you feel unwell and can cause dizziness, nausea and vomiting. In the majority of cases the symptoms of travel sickness subside as the body adapts to the motions that cause the problem. Unfortunately, some sufferers are unable to adapt to the environment so will continue to experience symptoms until their journey finishes or they leave said environment. Depending on how you are travelling there are…

  • Flexible gym use and classes with ESquared

May 30, 2018 / Comments Off on Flexible gym use and classes with ESquared

I recently decided to quit the gym as I wasn’t going enough for it to be worth paying for. Some weeks I’d go a lot then others I’d lack motivation or be on holiday. So when I found out about ESquared it was the perfect solution for me.  ESquared is an app which allows you to book one off classes or gym sessions whenever you’d like. The gyms are available throughout London. You can either stick to one gym or try out lots of different gyms. When you join a gym you normally have to go to an induction and pay a joining fee but with this app you don’t…

  • Wine Tours in Alicante

    May 13, 2018 / 1 Comment

Alicante in a great location for wine tours, you can learn about the ancient art of winemaking at this delightful family-run winery called Bodegas Faelo, located in the heart of the countryside near Elche in Alicante. They’ve been making wine for over 100 years, selecting only the best variety of grapes that best adapt to Mediterranean climate and the sandstone limestone soil, to produce top quality wines. The vineyards near Alicante are spread over 2.5 acres of beautiful vineyards, which has been divided into three plots, the winery itself, Matola and Crevillente. Currently the vineyards are planted with native varieties such as Monastrell, Muscat of Alexandria, as well as foreign…

  • Affordable London Sightseeing with Megabus

    May 5, 2018 / 1 Comment

I really enjoy exploring London and showing friends and family around, but I rarely go on a sightseeing tour as they can be pretty expensive and it’s not always worth it. That’s until Megabus launched a sightseeing tour with prices starting from just £1! One beautiful sunny evening some bloggers and I got to try out the Megabus London tour, we started off the night with a VIP London eye experience. Where we were treated to a glass of bubbly and gathered around our pod to admire how beautiful London looked below our feet, the views were incredible! We then headed to the London eye bus stop to hop on the…

  • Photography Tips – London Photowalk with Three

    April 27, 2018 / 2 Comments

I recently attended a Photowalk with Three, a group of bloggers and I got to try out the Samsung S9 and iPhone X cameras whilst taking photos around London. On our walk we visited Maltby Street Market, Tower Bridge and St Katherines Dock. We were with a photographer called Rob, who was there to give us some photography tips along the way. Here are some really useful tips that I learnt: Photography tips Use the rule of thirds so the subject of the image isn’t in the centre, this draws the viewers eye to the composition of the photo. Turn on grids, to do this on the iPhone go to…

  • Abd El Wahab Lebanese Restaurant Belgravia

    April 20, 2018 / 1 Comment

One type of food I don’t have very often is Lebanese, I’ve been to one Lebanese restaurant before and I really enjoyed that so I was excited to hear about a new restaurant launching in Belgravia called Abd El Wahab. They already have some popular branches in the Middle East so I was excited to see what they had on offer. Upon arrival we were given a glass of Prosecco and made our way to the table where Sam and I were sat with some other bloggers. I love the decor of the restaurant, it’s elegant and modern with a unique green nature wall. The Food at Abd El EWahab…
