• Thistle Hotel Trafalgar Square London Review

I love exploring London but have never actually stayed in a hotel in London before. Living fairly close to London I normally get a super busy train back home. So I was pretty excited to stay at the Thistle Hotel in Trafalgar Square. This was perfect for me as I didn’t have to try and plan leaving before or after rush hour and could get up early to explore London. Being located in Trafalgar Square it was the ideal location for exploring! • Taste of Thailand at Thaikhun Guildford, Restaurant Review

On Monday I visited the Thaikhun (pronounced tycoon) restaurant in Guildford. They serve Thai street food similar to that from Khao San road in Bangkok. I am a huge fan of Thai food and I absolutely love Thailand. I spent a month travelling around Thailand so stepping into Thaikhun reminded me of the fun I had on my travels. Decor  The decor features rustic wooden floors and walls similar to the restaurants around Thailand. The interior is very eccentric with lots of Thai bric a brac around the room. I like how busy it looks reflecting the streets of Bangkok. Taste of Thailand at the Thaikhun Restaurant Guildford Drinks Me and…

  • Farnham Hog’s Back Hotel Spa Day & Afternoon Tea Review

Last week I took a trip to Farnham’s Hog Back Hotel for a relaxing spa day, massage and afternoon tea. The beautiful Tudor style hotel & spa is located on the hogs back between Farnham & Guildford. Treatment Upon arrival I was given towels a robe and a locker key. Once in my robe I headed to the treatment room for a hot stone massage. This treatment improves circulation and relaxes the muscles from the heat. This was the first time I’d had a hot stone massage and I really enjoyed it and would get this treatment again. My therapist was great she asked what pressure I wanted and checked…
