So when I found out that Mål Paper is running an amazing competition where you can win a £50 stationary voucher, I thought I’d share it with you! The #checkin Journal is another great product. For this journal, Mål Paper is working in collaboration with Matt Johnson, a Mind Ambassador. For each journal sold £2 will be donated to the Mind charity. This journal focuses on mental health, each day you can check in writing about your emotions and what tasks you want to focus on during the day. In the evening you also check back in, this is a great way of becoming more aware of yourself and your thoughts with the simple activity of checking in.
