Hair cut & blow dry at Rush Kentish Town
I recently visited the newly opened Rush salon at Kentish Town, London I was well overdue a haircut as I never book myself in frequent enough. Whenever I get it done they always take way too much off the length and I’m normally left with dull flat hair.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff who showed me to a chair and offered me a drink, I went for a cup of tea. My hairdresser then came over and asked what I wanted done. I explained that I wanted it neatened up and to get rid of the split ends but keep the length. I also asked him to add a few layers in and mentioned that I liked a lot of volume.
I was then sent over to get my hair washed, this was quite relaxing. During my hair cut I was reading all the latest gossip from Cosmo. As my hair is very long I stood up for 5 minutes so my hairdresser could get a straight cut, he then added some layers in and cut my side fringe a bit shorter. I was then asked how I wanted it blow dried, I asked for curls. My hair was curled with a blow dry brush and then clipped to the top of my head. Once he removed the clips I was left with big bouncy curls! I will probably never be able to replicate this, I have no idea how they get such good curls with a brush. I left the salon very happy with my new bouncy hair. The experience lasted around an hour, I had a great time at this salon and would definitely go back. Sorry about the blurry photos, the lighting wasn’t great.
